I know for me that taking all the emotion and stress out of eating has been very revealing - at times hard b/c I'm forced to FEEL my feelings instead of literally stuffing them down w/food - but freeing. No one will recognize us at Stitches in February! Maybe we should wear our before & after pictures so people will know who we are, lol. :-) You GO, Chris! Isn’t it freeing?
