HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
I hope all are doing well. I am recovering from a horrible sore throat that has knocked me out. I was having difficulty breathing and talking.
Above is the dinner carnage, the nephews ate minuscule portions but I didn’t expect much more. My favorite dish is one that I sampled Christmas last year and made again for Thanksgiving.
It is a sweet potato casserole from Cook’s Illustrated. Its so perfect. I ate most of what is missing.

Hey Chris! It’s so cool to see you have a blog about knitting!! I linked to it through the BFA alumni website and thought I should let you know I am here! I have begun knitting just within the past few years, but I have yet to make anything for me that I really like. I have knit a few things for other’s that have turned out, but man, I found out the hard way that knitting something beautiful is alot more than just knowing how to K1,P2. Well, just wanted to say hi and that I think it’s cool that you have decided to make fiber a passion!
Looks like you had a great Thanksgiving! Becky (from Blauen 94-95)
So sorry you’ve been feeling crappy
Hope you’re feeling better now!
All that food looks fantastic! Hope your holiday was lovely.
