WIP : I have been working on my Wicked. I like the pattern and amazingly I have a ton of lace weight mohair in my stash. I could make 3 more sweaters with what I have left.
Mods so far: I added two more sleeve increases to accommodate my large bust line. I also added two more sets of decreases and increases for the waist and hips. Personally I did not like the curled bottom stockinette bottom so I did 4 repeats of the crossover pattern on the bottom. I really like it. I will have to block the crossover so it lays a little flatter but it looks great.
I still need to complete the sleeves I am going for a long sleeve sweater.

Hi Chrispy, nice sweater!
I want to make mine in laceweight also. Did you do the neck band with the larger needle like the pattern says to do? I’m confused, I don’t know why you would want to knit the neck band with a needle 3 sizes larger than for the body. Any advice?
Kathy
Hi Kathy, what beautiful jewelry you make!
I made mine in laceweight but you need some worsted weight yarn for the neck band. I happened to have worsted mohair in my stash along with the laceweight. I had to use US 10 to get gauge on my worsted mohair, but it looks great. I guess an option could be to double or triple your laceweight to equal worsted, get gauge, and knit it up that way.
